By accessing or using RevScout, you agree to these Terms. If you use RevScout on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that company’s behalf.
1. What RevScout does
RevScout is a SaaS platform that helps companies monitor revenue, customer health, churn-risk signals, expansion opportunities, product usage, support activity, billing data, and related business information. RevScout may connect to third-party tools such as Stripe, Supabase, Intercom, PostHog, CRMs, support systems, product analytics platforms, communication tools, and other business systems.
2. Business use
RevScout is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the service on behalf of your company or organization.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, managing users in your workspace, assigning appropriate permissions, revoking access when users leave, and all activity performed through your account or workspace.
Going Macro S.r.l. may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe that an account creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit, connect, import, or make available through RevScout. You grant Going Macro S.r.l. a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Data only as needed to provide RevScout, operate integrations, generate alerts and insights, provide support, secure and maintain the service, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, notices, permissions, and legal bases to connect or process Customer Data through RevScout.
5. Integrations
By connecting a third-party integration, you authorize RevScout to access and process selected data from that integration. You are responsible for choosing which integrations to connect, granting appropriate permissions, keeping credentials secure, ensuring lawful use, and disconnecting integrations when no longer needed. RevScout is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or changes of third-party services.
6. AI features
RevScout may use AI providers, including Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic, to generate summaries, risk explanations, suggested next actions, classifications, alerts, and other insights.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on incomplete source data. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them or taking action. RevScout does not provide legal, financial, accounting, investment, or professional advice.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Going Macro S.r.l. does not use Customer Data to train public or general-purpose AI models.
7. No guarantee of business results
RevScout helps identify risks and opportunities, but does not guarantee reduced churn, increased revenue, customer retention, expansion revenue, detection of every risk, accuracy of every alert, uninterrupted data synchronization, or any specific business result. Your results depend on your data, team, product, customers, market, and business decisions.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use RevScout to violate applicable laws or privacy rights; upload data without a valid legal basis; upload special-category personal data unless agreed; send spam; harass or deceive customers; make legally significant automated decisions without appropriate human review; reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or resell RevScout; build a competing product; interfere with security or availability; bypass usage limits; upload malware; or access data you are not authorized to access.
9. Fees and payment
Fees, billing periods, plan limits, and payment terms are defined in the applicable order form, subscription page, invoice, or written agreement. Payments may be processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable. Going Macro S.r.l. may suspend access in case of overdue payment.
10. Changes to pricing
Going Macro S.r.l. may update pricing with reasonable prior notice. If a price change materially affects an active paid subscription, the customer may choose not to renew or terminate according to the applicable agreement.
11. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, provider outages, security incidents, API failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms; fees are overdue; your use creates legal, security, privacy, or operational risk; a connected integration creates risk; suspension is required by law; or you misuse the service. Upon termination, Customer Data may be exportable for a limited period and then deleted, subject to legal, backup, security, and accounting retention requirements.
13. Intellectual property
Going Macro S.r.l. owns RevScout, including the software, interface, workflows, scoring logic, models, documentation, brand, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of Customer Data. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from RevScout unless expressly permitted in writing.
14. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential business, technical, or commercial information from the other party and agrees to protect such information and use it only for purposes related to the business relationship.
15. Privacy and data protection
Use of RevScout is subject to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Subprocessors list, where applicable. Business customers must ensure they have the necessary legal bases, notices, permissions, and internal policies.
16. Disclaimers
RevScout is provided “as is” and “as available”. Going Macro S.r.l. does not warrant that RevScout will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or suitable for every business need.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Going Macro S.r.l. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Going Macro S.r.l.’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for RevScout in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
18. Force majeure
Going Macro S.r.l. is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, third-party provider outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or internet disruptions.
19. Assignment
Going Macro S.r.l. may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor, acquirer, or entity involved in a corporate reorganization, provided that the successor assumes materially equivalent obligations.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Como, Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-app notice, or website notice. Continued use of RevScout after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
